Le Vigne di Silvia

This was my favorite winery visit ever and some of my favorite wine ever--two sisters building their dream on the family farm. Stefania spent so much time talking to us, showing us her passion, telling us her family story and the story of their wine. She even pulled out an extra vintage for us to try that we promptly loved and bought. We got the charcuterie to go with our tasting, but they also brought out a free, freshly made omelet (from their chickens!) to add to the spread. It was a wonderful, very personal experience, in which we felt very honored and cared for. Later that year, Stefania helped me coordinate another box of wine and their latest olive oil, which is amazing as well, that I used as Christmas gifts to family and friends. The wines are so delicious and multi layered--so much earth in the reds. The favorite from our group of 4, across the board, was Itinerante, but they were all wonderful and amazing! Can't wait to go back!

Such a little gem. The girls are amazing and gave us a great understanding of the wines and the history. Very personal and could not recommend this place enough. To top it off they make some incredibly good wine!!!

A very nice, small tasting room. The ladies took plenty of time for us (even though we had only called half an hour before). Highly recommended wines. All our expectations were more than exceeded...nothing was left to be desired. Highly recommended...

A true insider tip, and one in the Bolgheri region! Two super-friendly sisters produced the fifth vintage of their three wines this year. We received an exceptionally warm welcome and received detailed explanations about the outstanding wines (aged in barriques and amphorae). A real tip! I hope there will be a fourth wine (La Sorrelina or Passione di Stefania) soon...

Of all the small Bolgheri realities visited (each worthy of esteem and consideration), "Le Vigne di Silvia" is the one that left me with the most beautiful memory, dictated by the elegance of its wines and the enveloping embrace of its "Itinerante", by the determination and courage of the owner Silvia, by the vivid and timeless stories of her father Carlo (his tomatoes are also excellent!). In short, an experience that I recommend to everyone, certain that the name of Bolgheri can only benefit from the presence of such extraordinarily "human" realities.

10/10 tasting! Stefania, sweet, kind, and very knowledgeable, explained the entire history of the company, shared the characteristics of the three proposed labels (a Vermentino, Giochessa; a 50/50 Cabernet Sauvignon, Artemio; and a pure Cabernet Sauvignon, Itinerante), and entertained us with other very interesting anecdotes about her family history. The tasting room was very nice and comfortable. We really liked this family business, definitely full of potential! We will be back!

Superb place. Very friendly staff, who provide lots of explanations. The tasting with the charcuterie, cheese and bruschetta is worth the detour, fresh and very good products. The wine is excellent, a family estate that lives up to all expectations. I recommend 100%. Thank you again for this welcome.

We've been here several times now, and to this day, it remains a wonderful winery. Above all, the spirit is completely convincing. It's one of the smaller wineries, but I'd rate this small winery above many of the larger ones because you're simply made welcome there and you can see how much passion goes into it. The wines are different, but absolutely amazing; the stocks have to be renewed every year. I recommend this winery wholeheartedly. And after having visited almost every winery in Bolgheri, I would recommend it to everyone - everyone who visits Bolgheri must visit this winery!

Very good. Your Itinerante is a masterpiece. Truly an excellent product. I had the pleasure, after drinking it in one of the taverns of Bolgheri, to go to you, you are also genuine, beautiful people. I wish you the best and to continue with products of this level. 👏👏👏

We went to Silvia's house for a wine tasting to get to know a young group. It was a wonderful experience, including a visit to the vineyards and detailed explanations about the winery's work, history, and philosophy. Last but not least, the three wines (two reds and one white) are excellent and paired with top-quality local produce! I highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area!

Fantastic, can’t miss! This small, lovingly run family vineyard left us with an amazing appreciation of the Bolgheri wine region. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and were happy to walk us through their beautiful land and answer any question we could think of. The wine is fantastic and we enjoyed it all thoroughly! We came across this young winery almost by chance, we know Bolgheri and its cellars quite well but we had never had the pleasure of stopping to visit Vigne di Silvia. We called the company on Sunday, around lunchtime while we were traveling, we spoke with Stefania, Silvia's sister, who very kindly explained to us what their welcome consisted of. We opted for a tasting with local products. The dishes were truly well-prepared and plentiful, the wines excellent! During the tasting Stefania conveyed competence and passion for their project and the time in her company flew by. I recommend everyone to stop at this young winery. Friendliness, friendliness, passion for the land and excellent wines will make you spend a day you will not forget. RECOMMENDED!!!

I simply dropped by and asked for a wine tasting, which was no problem. We were very kindly invited to sample their excellent wines. The owner was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic as she explained her wines and her philosophy to us; I was thrilled. Our children were warmly welcomed and served bruschetta. Not to mention, the wines were excellent. Thank you so much for the lovely encounter!

What a great discovery 🥰 here is a small producer respectful of what their land and nature bring to their products and qualitative wine. Nice surprises found here and there, but especially when tasting the Itinerante, a 100% cabernet franc. Also Stefania offered a very warm welcome and a made us feel Italian in the heart :) Thank you very much!
