Top tour! Interesting and informative. The lady who took us round (sorry, I didn't get your name) was knowledgeable and made sure I was OK and understanding her talking in French. Wine tasting at the end was great. Go visit. You won't be disappointed.

An excellent tour of the history of Limoux sparkling wines. Interesting and detailed explanation in the royal wineries with a friendly and professional guide. At the end there is a good tasting of 6 sparkling wines and of course we brought home a few bottles and a couple of terrines. Compared to other places we have visited in Europe and America, the price of this visit is very low considering the high quality of the visit and the tasting.

The visit to the cellar was informative, very instructive, passionate and friendly by Angélique. We learn that we are in the oldest cellar in Limoux, 6 generations old, continuing a process developed by the monks of Saint Hilaire, a neighboring abbey, in the 16th century. Process copied from the vineyards of Champagne. Interesting. The identity of the estate represents ancestral, artisanal and very honorable know-how. Thank you for this beautiful tasting. The car is almost full 😉🍾🥂
