The Salty Prosecco Cellar

At Martignago Vignaioli, our exceptional terroir allows us to create wines with a distinctive savory note. If you're intrigued, read on to learn more about our unique “Asolo Prosecco”!

For three generations, we have dedicated ourselves to nurturing our vineyards and cellars, preserving the essence of our land. Located in Maser (Treviso), we are at the heart of the Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG and Montello Rosso DOCG regions. While our primary focus is on Prosecco Asolo, we also produce a variety of red, white, and rosé wines.

Our Prosecco

Our commitment to maintaining the character of our region results in wines that pair beautifully with food. Over the years, we have noticed a consistent feedback from our customers and wine critics alike: our wines possess a subtle salty note that enhances their compatibility with various dishes, from dry to sweet.

Understanding Salty Prosecco

We offer an engaging experience that highlights our region and the unique flavors of our wines. Starting in the vineyard, we guide you through the winemaking process in our cellar, culminating in a tasting of our exceptional Prosecco.

But there’s more to enjoy!

Our location in Maser, surrounded by the stunning Asolani Hills, is home to Villa Barbaro, one of Palladio's most beautiful villas. This experience beautifully combines art, nature, and wine, making it a must-visit for wine lovers and travelers alike.

Wonderful experience: I have known the winery for several years, we already made a visit with tasting in the past and we were very happy to do it again after a long time, during a stay at the neighbouring Agriturismo Sant'Andrea. An excellent wine tasting with tasty snacks, accompanied by the precise, detailed and passionate explanation of the owner who accompanied us on the visit to the winery and then on the tasting. A wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

We stayed over the long All Saints weekend and had a great time. Quiet farmhouse overlooking the vineyard with rooms complete with everything, large, welcoming and clean. Buffet breakfast but served directly by the owner Francesca, husband and staff, really good cakes and jams made by them. The visit to the cellar and the subsequent wine tasting with a savory platter is engaging and satisfying from all points of view. Simone is a great professional in the field of vineyards and its wines. Always courteous and available to accommodate our requests and also towards our dog (they are animal lovers and have wonderful dogs too), they will not fail to advise you on what to do during the days of your stay. Thank you Francesca and Simone for letting us spend that unforgettable weekend, bye

During our stay at the family farm we had the opportunity to participate in an interesting tasting, first in the vineyard with expert explanations provided by Simone and then in the company with various tastings and related rankings drawn up by individual visitors based on their own taste. Different types of wines, from Col Fondo to Brut to Merlot. Excellent, so much so that we stocked up. Congratulations, recommended tasting as well as purchasing. Roberto

Our recent trip to Asolo, highly recomended by the way, was combined with an overnight stay at agriturismo Sant' Andrea. We found it to be very well located in terms of proximity and road access. Speaking of accommodation the place is very well run with excellent levels of hospitality. Lunch/dinner is not available but this is not a problem as their are good options nearby. We took advantage of wine tasting evening on Saturday evening, which was excellent. Both interesting and well presented. I really suggest you take time out for that. Overall a very good impression was made.
