With three distinct ranges of wines, Costeplane caters to a variety of tastes and budgets. The modern cellar is equipped with advanced technology to ensure high-quality vinification. Exceptional Vineyards in Languedoc and Cévennes
Spanning approximately 30 hectares, the vineyards of Costeplane are situated in some of the finest locations in Languedoc and the Cévennes. The region's unique microclimate and fertile soils create ideal conditions for vine cultivation. With low yields that emphasize quality, the estate avoids chemical fertilizers and pesticides, allowing the wines to express a natural fruity flavor and stable structure. The primary grape varieties cultivated include Vermentino, Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Merlot, and Carignan. Fermentation occurs using natural yeasts found on the grapes, further enhancing the wines' connection to the exceptional terroir and biodynamic practices of the estate.
