Vineyards in Some of the Best Locations of Languedoc and Cevennes
They own around 30 hectares of vineyards in some of the best locations of Languedoc and Cevennes. The unique microclimate of the region and fertile soils provide optimum conditions for vine cultivation. The yields are quite low but of very high quality. There is minimal human intervention and no addition of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. This allows their wines to have a natural fruity taste and stable structure. The main grape types they grow are Vermentino, Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Merlot, and Carignan. The best grapes are handpicked and used to make their red, white, and rose wines. Even the fermentation of wines takes place using natural sourdough yeasts.
