Based in exquisite Veneto
The beautiful Menegotti winery is perfectly located in the exquisite Veneto in Italy. The ownership of the Menegotti winery has been passed down through generations of the Menegotti family who have a true passion for wine and the wine-making industry. The cultivation of the first grapes on the farm began in 1950 by Antonio Menegotti and this has since continued over three generations of wine makers.
Menegotti winery: dedicated hard work
Over time, Antonio and Andrea Menegotti have distinguished the Menegotti winery as the most esteemed producer of traditional Custoza and Bardolino DOC wines. Today the winery is the reference point for DOC Custoza and sparkling wines – the classic method in Verona. Menegotti wines are a product of dedicated hard work and a great passion and love for the industry and the land on which the wine is produced. The wines are crafted from only the best carefully selected grapes, which help create the unique personality and elegance of the wines. All of the vines at Menegotti are situated on the hills of Custoza. The land on which they stand has been created by deposits left by glaciers that shaped the nearby Lake Garda, which is the largest lake in Italy. This morainic soil is what gives the Menegotti Custoza its characteristic salty and savoury notes.
