Menti Giovanni Società Agricola

Precious experience in a beautiful cellar. The journey of winemaking from the vineyard to the bottle was really very educational and full of curiosity! A beautiful morning that ended with the tasting of the exquisite products of the Menti winery. Congratulations to the organization and those who accompanied us! Well done! Highly recommended!

On Saturday 1/18/25, together with other friends, I was able to visit the Giovanni Menti winery in Gambellara. We were looked after by Dr. Valeria Rigo who, with excellent preparation, accompanied us to visit the “Grecanico Dorato” vineyards, which I did not know that we liked the definition Garganega, cultivated according to “the Pergola Vicentina”, during the trip he explained to us the organic cultivation methods that we were then able to ascertain during the tastings, highlighting the aromas, the taste and the alcohol content which in a truly organic wine must not be increased, in compliance with the road code, among other things. Finally, we were able to conclude the tastings with “Il Granaio”, a delicious passito wine obtained after a long drying of the grapes tied and hung with high artisanal technique in the old family granary. I owe a sincere thank you to the Menti family and Valeria for the correct “found” explanation. Gianni

Thank you for your time, your welcome and your desire to share your work. Behind the scenes of your excellent wines there are beautiful people who respect nature...it's truly beautiful! Long live Menti's Garganega in all its nuances.

Awesome experience! The host was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming and the wines were great. We did the three wine tasting and it was fun, affordable, and very enjoyable.

Many thanks to Valeria for accompanying us in discovering this enchanting cellar! Also highly recommended as a gift idea for biodynamic wine lovers.

I would like to express my pleasant surprise at having met you! The visit to your winery was a journey through the past and technique, culture and passion through which, with Stefano's expert guidance, we spent a few hours that were certainly unforgettable. The wait is always worth it "VIN DE GRANARO 2015" a true work of art..

Our visit to Menti's winery was unforgettable! Stefano it's a extremely welcoming and geneous host. The tour around the winery was super educational. He was again very generous to let's us taste so many wines. The absolute highlight for me was his Passito style "Vin de Granaro 2015" wine of incredible complexity, so so many dimensions to it. We were all mind blowed! Grazie mille Stefano per la tua hospitalitá e per condividere la tua visione tan generosamente con noi.

We had super nice experience in Menti. The host was lovely and knowledgeable. The tasting room is modern and newly renovated with cooling AC. We also got a nice tour at the vineyards.

What a wonderful tour and experience this was with MENTI. The winery is beautiful and filled with history. Our guide provided us with an in-depth history of Giovanni and Stefano family history and how the family business has involved. You have the option of the tour and wine tasting or just the wine tasting by itself. We choice both and so glad we did.

I have been today at Menti's for a guided tour. Mr Stefano, the owner, was very prepared and polite. The tour was so interesting and wines amazing. Definitively worth it.
