Mongioia Winery is situated in Santo Stefano Belbo, in a province of Cuneo, Italy. The history of Mongioia is over a century and a half old. The winery expresses the territory and the family’s passion for making outstanding wines with a single vine variety – Muscat. Currently, the sixth generation of the Bianco Family is managing the winery. Maria and Riccardo Bianco operate Mongioia with a vision to produce elegant and excellent wines using white Muscat.
Mongioia Brut Nature Spumante Made from Muscat Grapes
The winery draws delicious juice from the 90-year-old and 170-year-old vines and focuses on producing exclusive white Muscat wines. They take care of the organoleptic characteristics of their vines and produce delicious wines with an organic certificate. Constantly open to new innovations, Mongioia invented a new ways of vinification with their Brut Nature Spumante and white Muscat Grapes which are fermented for four months in terracotta jars. The Amphora Moscato d’Asti wines of Mongioia are unique in their style, flavours, and vinification methods.
