Mongioia Winery sources its grapes from 90-year-old and 170-year-old vines, focusing on the production of exclusive white Muscat wines. With a strong emphasis on preserving the organoleptic characteristics of their grapes, Mongioia is proud to hold organic certification. The winery has also pioneered innovative vinification techniques, such as fermenting their Brut Nature Spumante in terracotta jars for four months. The Amphora Moscato d’Asti wines from Mongioia stand out for their distinctive style, flavors, and production methods.
