The winery has also pioneered innovative vinification techniques, such as fermenting their Brut Nature Spumante in terracotta jars for four months. I have never particularly loved sweet wines, except the De Bartoli which I always have in my Sicilian heart, but the muscats of Mongioia struck my palate in a way that is difficult to describe... soft and very rich in warm, fruity hints with a light aroma of some spice that I have not identified 🤔 I hope to try them again as soon as possible! Thanks Riccardo!! 🍀

It's BLESSED spectacular!!!!!!! 100% Moscato d'Asti Classic Method 2017 extra brut As an aperitif it is simply perfect, different from the usual, a great novelty. You can see the hand of a producer who dedicates so much passion and dedication: congratulations to Riccardo and his family.
