Neleman Organic Vineyards prioritizes sustainability by avoiding herbicides and fungicides, allowing nature to thrive. The winery is dedicated to preserving indigenous grape varieties, with 50 hectares dedicated to the Verdil grape. Other varieties grown include Tardana, Bobal, Monastrell, Marselan, Tempranillo, and Garnacha, all of which have deep roots in Spanish winemaking history.
