Progress Country & Wine House is set in the picturesque Asolo Hills, featuring five sun-kissed vineyards that span approximately 9 hectares. This region boasts a unique blend of calcareous, rocky, and clayey soil, complemented by mild temperatures, creating an ideal environment for grape cultivation. Among the estate's vineyards is the historic Col del Sol, where visitors can explore trenches and caves from the First World War while enjoying stunning panoramic views.
Modern Winemaking Cellar
The winery's cellar is designed for the production and vinification of around 1,000 hectoliters of wine, utilizing cutting-edge technology that meets 4.0 industry standards. It features concrete and stainless steel tanks, wooden vats, CO2 control systems, double lung pressing, and a destemmer-crusher, ensuring a sophisticated winemaking process. The facility can store up to 20,000 bottles, with an annual production of 120,000 bottles across various types, including Glera, Recantina, and Pinot Nero. Notable offerings include the Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Organic "Col del Sol," the traditional "Col d'Acelum," and the historic Asolo Montello DOC Recantina "Cento Orizzonti," along with a reserve of Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP Grappa "Pro Tempore."
Unique Tasting Experience
At Progress Country & Wine House, a dedicated space has been created to showcase the philosophy of natural and residue-free viticulture and olive growing. Guests can participate in guided tastings that highlight the quality of the wine and oil produced while honoring the local environment.
Wine and oil tastings are complemented by local delicacies, thanks to a kitchen equipped for warming dishes. Additionally, the venue can accommodate private events, receptions, and anniversaries, with external catering available upon request.
