My girlfriend and I enjoyed a lovely wine tasting at Roccolo Callisto. We had a walk through the vineyard where Ciara gave us lots of information about the grapes and vines. We then sat down and tried different whites and reds with some snacks as well. Was a great experience and would definitely recommend

Winery which in my opinion represents excellence among the realities of Valpolicella. A visit to the vineyards of the splendid estate is absolutely worth trying (among other things, possible by appointment even on Sundays: a true rarity..!!) where the various phases of the cultivation process of the vines are illustrated (which follows the "Bio" philosophy) up to the final tasting in the cellar of various types of wine. A note of merit also goes to the girl who guided us on the visit: she puts guests at ease with great availability and professional competence.
