Sekthaus VAUX

French elegance, German craftsmanship and a warm welcome on the banks of the Rhine: discover the world of Schloss VAUX, a sparkling wine house with a history dating back to 1868.

Since early October 2026, VAUX am Rhein at the historic Burg Crass in Eltville has been our new home. Here, in the heart of the Rheingau, centuries-old architecture meets contemporary design, bringing together traditional sparkling winemaking, food and relaxed hospitality.

Explore our vaulted cellar on a guided tour and discover the time, care and craftsmanship behind our traditional-method sparkling wines. Tastings are offered Wednesday to Sunday and can be booked online in advance. They invite you to explore the VAUX collection and discover your personal favourites.

Our boutique offers sparkling wines, selected fine wines and gourmet specialities to take home or give as gifts. Stay a little longer in our brasserie, where carefully chosen dishes and delicacies complement a glass of VAUX. Or settle beneath the plane trees in our Sektgarten, our riverside sparkling wine garden, and watch the Rhine flow by.

Whether you join us for a tasting, an apéritif with friends or a leisurely stop while exploring the region, we look forward to welcoming you.
