Founded nearly 15 years ago by a group of women, the winery thrives on collaboration, creativity, and a passion for quality. Nondomiso Pikashe, one of the original founders, continues to lead the winery, ensuring its legacy endures.

Our Name, Our Story

The name Ses'fikile translates to "We have arrived" in Zulu, symbolizing both personal and communal triumphs. Nondomiso Pikashe, who holds degrees in education and psychology, transitioned from teaching to winemaking after 11 years. This shift reflects a commitment to creating a brighter future through wine, embodying a spirit of hope and adventure.
