The Wines of Stefania Barbot
This artisan winery has modern equipment and produces almost 20,000 bottles of organic wines every year. The main grape that they grow in their vineyards is Aglianico, one of southern Italy’s most significant varieties. They use it to make their top red wine Taurasi. Grape harvesting takes place in early November using organic methods. The winemakers’ main goal is to produce typical wines with generous fruit aromas and smooth body.
