This charming estate spans ten hectares and is housed within the historic Villa Persicini, once a royal residence of King Vittorio Emanuele II. Decades of Passion and Dedication

Founded in the 1970s by Domenico “Nico” Baron, Tenuta Baron Winery has a rich history. After acquiring the villa, he meticulously restored the buildings and replanted the vineyards. The family also revitalized the centuries-old park surrounding the villa. Today, Nico's wife and children manage the winery, utilizing the ancient cellar for aging red wines in oak barrels and a modern cellar for refining white wines in stainless steel tanks.

The winery cultivates a diverse selection of grapes, including Glera, Chardonnay, Verduzzo, Manzoni Bianco, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Shiraz. Additionally, the estate is home to thousands of olive trees, such as Asolana, Frantoio, and Leccino. Place in the middle of green hills, surrounded by centuries-old plants, avenues with hundred-year-old olive trees and vineyards. Production wine, awarded numerous prizes and appreciated also abroad. Highly recommended

Exceptional experience at the Baron Estate. The girl was very kind, competent and very nice. We opted for a tasting of 3 glasses and a platter of excellent local products. All of excellent quality. Excellent prosecco, they also offered us a taste of red wine and a prosecco fresh from the barrel. The price is 25 euros each and is appropriate for the quality of the experience. We will definitely return. Thank you

Highly recommend to visit Tenuta Baron Winery ! Beautiful, green space with high quality Prosecco made by passionate people. We really enjoy the atmosphere and the the way we were welcomed. It was interesting to hear some more details about Prosecco. We would love to come back as soon as our supplies will run out. I recommend to try Rose !🥂

A place surrounded by greenery. I visited for a private party, so I was able to enjoy both the aperitif buffet and dinner. The service was a bit slow, but it must be said that there were quite a few of us. However, the food was excellent, and the winery's wines are highly recommended! Convenient and ample parking.
