We were there this weekend to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, the apartment was complete, beautiful and very clean, professionalism and kindness are not lacking in this structure, for the restaurant Mirietta and her staff were super, overall excellent rating

We were looking for a place to disconnect from the rest of the world, and Fattoria Casablanca was a delightful discovery. Recommended and booked through Booking.com, we were lucky enough to enjoy three days of absolute relaxation. Our superior room was within walking distance of everything: restaurant, pool, reception. The fact that the internet doesn't work well gave me immense joy: if you're looking for relaxation and want to switch off, the further you get from everyday comforts, the better! Pool, table tennis, tennis, cycling—all activities to enjoy and find peace. The room is very nice; perhaps a little maintenance could be helpful—nothing major—but here and there in the bathroom there's something to fix. The kitchen was excellent, the breakfast in particular SUPER! I was happy to have been able to eat vegetarian dishes at both lunch and dinner. It wasn't obvious, and I really appreciated it. The staff is wonderful, even Mia the dog! Perhaps only one thing needs a real fix: directions. It's true that the site specifies not to follow Maps because it's wrong, but one or two more instructions wouldn't hurt. Overall, it's a site I recommend to everyone.

A very large property, which can be both a plus and a minus. We were accommodated about 3 km from check-in. The area is large and very well located. The restaurant serves delicious food. The houses are cozy and well-maintained, but they definitely lack air conditioning.

Accessed via a dirt road in an uncontaminated area, immersed in nature and the beauty of the place. Great service and clean rooms. Excellent restaurant where we met the talented and friendly chef Mirieta. All accompanied by the fine wines of the estate. It is a shame that we only spent a weekend because it absolutely deserves a longer stay to be able to savour the beauty and grandeur of the entire estate. Thank you Alessandra for your courtesy and kindness. Congratulations again. We will be sure to return for a longer stay.

Excellent place to relax, with silence. Difficult access and weak Wi-Fi.

we really enjoyed our stay here! very friendly employees, a huge breakfast buffet (with freshly made scambled eggs and bacon, at least 5 diffrent homemade cakes), the dinner was ok, the gnocchi were kinda dry and the risotto not really hot but otherwise good pretty authentic italian food! rooms were cleaned everyday and we were able to use the bicycles for free. the pool is 25m and on one end pretty deep as well! the tennis court was also free to use and you were able to go horse riding a few minutes up the road. Very important: you really need a car to come from and to your house and i would recommend to book a room at the main house, where all the amenities are also located. otherwise you are going to have to drive all the time. My favourite activity was definitely the terme di petriolo.

Just beautiful, quiet there. Picturesque landscape. A restaurant that is sensational. Brilliant, friendly cook, attentive, very nice staff. But again, the restaurant...🤤🤤🤤🤤. Definitely have to go there again. 🥰😍 The house wine is also very tasty, even for breakfast. 🤗🫣

If you want to experience Tuscany in peace and comfort, this is the right place. You live in the middle of a postcard landscape between vineyards, forests, rivers and fields with deer and rabbits. The price for this is a long, winding and sometimes very bumpy drive wherever you want to go. If you don't know the "Big Five" of Tuscany (Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano) and want to tick them off quickly, you should look for a more central location (e.g. Montecatini Terme). Murlo is the place for Tuscany connoisseurs who want to discover a few small towns like Pienza or Montalcino. Or the Tuscany of the Maremma with a detour to one of the many Bagni on Grosseto's beach. The Tenuta Casabianca is also the right place for lovers of Chianti wines. Montepulciano is not far away and there are wineries next to each other within a 100 km radius. You can save yourself the trouble of visiting them, however, because the Tenuta produces so many of its own wines that everyone can find their favorite. And that brings us to the topic of "food and drink." If you want to cater for yourself in your apartment, you will find all the necessary items (of course, something is always not "like at home"), but you will miss out on some truly excellent Tuscan cuisine: down-to-earth, varied, original. The breakfast buffet, which is available until 10:30 a.m. (!!), is unrivaled: cakes, tarts, and filled cornetti are available in all variations, as are pizza, quiche, focaccia, bread, cheese, yoghurt, cereals and fruit, juices and coffee. Vegans, however, have a hard time. The staff at both the reception and in the restaurant are committed, friendly, relaxed, extremely attentive and definitely deserve 5 stars. Heavy rain is managed just as professionally as larger groups, children with special requests, spontaneous rebookings, or guests without Italian language skills. We will miss the warmth and charm in Germany. When choosing accommodation, you should take a closer look or ask. The plan of the winery shows that some of the houses are far from the reception, pool and restaurant, but the plan is not to scale and does not give any information about the condition of the path. The journey back from the restaurant in the dark and rain in a small car can be quite an adventure! So if you want to use the central facilities regularly, you should choose accommodation in the main building, at Il Piano or le Caselle (700 m from reception). The apartments in the Caselle are large, clean, with their own furnished terrace and right next to a pool that is only available to these apartments. Like all the furnishings in the houses, it is no longer the newest, but it is clean. The apartments are somewhat nested together and if you are unlucky, the temperament of some of the small and large roommates will rob you of your night's sleep. If you are sensitive in this regard, you should seek advice from Alessandra. I would deduct one star for the really bad internet at the Tenuta. In the evenings and on rainy days you can forget about the WiFi (make sure to discuss this emergency with teenage children beforehand!). All in all, there is only a little bit of stardust to take away and I therefore give the Tenuta “Cinque Stelle”! Before the trip, I read some of the very bad reviews with concern and I am sure that these guests had the wrong idea and perhaps no idea about rural Italy. Expecting air conditioning in a natural stone house is just as absurd as complaining about the Tenuta’s isolation. Just look it up online beforehand! I wish there was more information on the Tenuta website to avoid such misunderstandings. A more detailed description of the very different apartments and residential areas would definitely help to find the right thing for every guest. We would love to come back!

Although there is no air conditioning in the room and the access to the property leads on a dirt road and was 5 minutes driving away from the main pool and the reception, the rural and picturesque location compensate all of these. We were surrounded by the wine yards, cypress trees and hills of Toscana with beautiful views that money can't buy. The accommodation was fine, spacious rooms, with needed ammendments however not new, but why should you need them in such a beautiful place. Stone brick houses looked like very ancient. The main pool was very good offering jumping possibilities from the platform. Pool bar is offering cold drinks and snacks. The restaurant was very good with menu of toscanian dishes. There is plenty of wineyards in the fattoria, wines produced there were very tasty, you can have wine tasting for 15 eur per person. All in all we had a great family and friends stay there and we have rest there really nice. The personnel was very helpful and kind.

Pure Tuscany!! Great, quiet atmosphere, cozy restaurant with delicious food. Super friendly staff, very attentive and in a good mood. We had a room with an extra bed for our child (11). Basic but totally fine. The good thing was that it was a bed and not a sofa bed! The rooms are all on the ground floor with garden access and patio chairs, their own area. The advantage of the rooms is the central location (compared to the apartments). 20m to the restaurant/reception, 100m pool/football, tennis, table tennis. Plenty of breakfast with fresh fruit, homemade filled foccaias, cakes, etc. The evening menu was varied and typically Tuscan, freshly prepared. But you need two courses to feel full. Delicious wine. We spent most of our time on the estate because of Corona, but we were able to relax well. Just a café in the next town Cascino di Murlo 10min (but every car journey is a bit adventurous) The only negative was that the complex was partly lacking in maintenance (pool itself was clean but the area around it was a bit run down, tennis court etc.) according to the staff but corona due

We booked this very last minute, the day before we arrived. The reception was friendly and informative. Not all the staffs speaks good English but they are all very helpful and friendly. The apartments have the necessary to cook, but we didn't use it. The restaurant has very good prices a menu that changes and tasteful food, don't forget to add a good bottle of own produced wine! Pets are also welcome. We didn't regret out last minute booking! Thx to all the staff

Very beautiful estate even if you have to travel it by bike or car. The apartment was very large and comfortable. Restaurant and breakfast excellent.

Truly genuine. Staff is amazing, speaks little english but that just adds to the experience! Very nice owner and good range of different wines, from ok to really really good! The vineyard is truly nice and Italian cozy. Great mini excursion an afternoon.

Very beautiful facility in the middle of the vineyards. Super friendly staff, great food! The access via gravel road is a bit annoying, but the location makes up for it. They also serve great wine :). Overall, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable!!

We were given a 13th century apartment with a split front door, letting in the daylight (I loved it!) and a swimming pool reserved for the 6 apartments in our area. We had to walk 3 km of gravel among olives and Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and other grape varieties. A bottle of their wine was waiting for us on the table. ♥ My boyfriend enjoyed this stop in time during this stay. Unfortunately when we arrived on Sunday we were misinformed about the opening of the grocery store. We went there to place an order for the next few days but it was closed on Sunday. So we had to go to the restaurant on the estate for dinner. Fortunately the food was delicious: I forgot my frustration ^^ A cable problem also ruined our evenings a bit. No TV is boring! They apologized but nothing in compensation. No big deal, I would go back without hesitation!
