The visit to the Collazzi wine cellar was a special experience. Alberto, the winery's experienced oenologist, guided us through the wine production with real passion and shared his extensive knowledge with us. An absolute highlight was the tasting directly from the barrel - especially the Ferro Collazzi 2023. Although the wine is still young, it already showed impressive aromas and was surprisingly enjoyable. Thanks to Alberto's expertise and enthusiasm, we got a deep insight into the art of winemaking. A visit that we will remember for a long time!

Me and and my friend went on a spontaneous trip to their winery. Alberto welcomed us super nicely and took us around and showed us every step on how they are producing their variety of wines. He also answered all of our questions and gave us a lot of background information. After we had a little win tasting and he explained a lot about each wine and gave us everything we needed. He was super nice and also made our way home far more easy as the location is a bit hard to reach/leave. All in all it was absolutely worth it and we had a great time! Thank you Alberto!

The wines va The Collazzi and the Ferro are among the best red wines in Italy. The villa from the 16th century is breathtaking.

Last Saturday morning we visited this winery with some friends. Our guide was personable and knowledgeable, the wine was delicious, and the location was beautiful. Amongst one of my favorite winery tours. If you're looking for a little escape from Florence, I would highly recommend paying a visit.

Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. Any question we had was answered in detail. They made learning about wine making fun. The wines were absolutely delightful! Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful Saturday morning. The tasting experience at Collazzi was wonderful. Arianna, the girl who guided us on this visit was very knowledgeable and very nice. Through the tasting of 4 wines, we relived the history of Florence and their vineyards. Highly recommended experience for all lovers of wine and Tuscany :)

Last Friday I went to Cantina Collazzi for a tasting with two of my friends. I can say that it was one of the most beautiful and evocative experiences I have ever had. Starting from a romantic, enchanting and magical place that served as the backdrop for Arianna's explanation, who managed to tell us the history of Florence through the wines they produce. Arianna fascinated us not only for the great professionalism and kindness that characterized her throughout the experience, but she also guided us through the visit and discovery of the wine in an excellent way. What can I say... everything was really perfect. Thanks again!

Had an absolute wonderful experience here! Best winery we visited in Tuscany! Alberto showed us around the property, then we had a private tasting followed by the best meal we have had in Italy. Thank you Alberto and thank you Collazzi for your beautiful estate and amazing wines!

After a tour of the winery and villa with Laura, we had the pleasure to eat at their newly opened restaurant and had the best meal on our whole Italy-Tour. Reasonable prices and excellent food quality with very high standarts and beautiful presentation. Paired with Collazzi Wine - this experience was simply perfect! Collazzi became one of my all-time-favourite wines and if you're looking for a cheaper alternative, the Libertà is a true gem regarding to it's price-/quality ratio. We will definitely come back here again.

I was given a bottle for tasting...magnificent work of winemaking...woody, tannic and fruity (it will wonderfully highlight a nice red meat) ..molto buon...arotti!!! If only my Italian friends whom I love so much forgive me this too "easy" play on words!!
