Tenuta Le Colonne: A Gem in Bolgheri

We did the vertical wine tasting and Marco made the experience so wonderful. He gave us a tour of the winery and explained the process so well. He was very knowledgeable about all the wines and was extremely hospitable. We enjoyed our time there very much and would highly recommend a visit.

Even though we hadn't booked, Elena welcomed us warmly. We were welcomed into a wonderful tour of all the wines, in a beautiful setting and with an inspiring story. Many thanks to Elena for the beautiful and educational experience.

Marco gave a very good explanation of the wines and arranged a quick wine tasting. The bistro outside is also very cozy and invites you to enjoy a glass of wine. Marco was super friendly. We'll be happy to come back on our next vacation.

I had lunch today with a friend at Le Colonne estate, Elena welcomed us and was kind and professional enough to tell us the history of the estate, showed us the artisanal barrels and illustrated the different products that the estate offers. We chose the Wine & Dine tasting which included 3 wines and two dishes from the menu of our choice; everything was really excellent and the wines that were served were amazing and the oil they produce is also magnificent. We are looking forward to the opening of the new Meraviglia winery!! Thank you Elena from the bottom of my heart.

Passing through the region, we discovered this magnificent estate and were welcomed very warmly by Marco, the wine merchant and his charming wife! Marco provided us with detailed and precise explanations with a very appreciated tasting of your wines. In fact, we left with an order and very happy with this discovery that we highly recommend to all visitors.

My daughter and I went for lunch. Everything was excellent, the wine and the dishes, which were not only good but also well presented. Nice place, definitely relaxing. The girl who followed us was polite and competent. I highly recommend it.

We came here for dinner for a family birthday. The whole experience was excellent: starting with the dishes with tasty and balanced dishes with wine, surrounded by a refined environment and atmosphere with excellent and attentive service from both the waiter and the chef. If you are near Bolgheri, this is a must. Excellent qualified staff, they explain all the types of wine and where the vineyards are grown. You can book for a dinner with wine tasting and buy their bottles of wine without an appointment. They are located between Donoratico and San Vincenzo on the old Via Aurelia. I highly recommend visiting and buying their excellent products at very affordable prices.

A great place for a wine lover! A magnificent picturesque alley. Very hospitable and friendly welcome from Marco! He immersed us in the world of Tenuta Le Colonne and Tenuta Meraviglia. We learned everything about soil, varieties, terror, vinification. And of course, a wonderful comparative tasting of Vermentino from Tenuta Le Colonne and Tenuta Meraviglia. Beautiful poetic wines! We'll definitely come back again!

We had amazing degustation set of food and wine at Tenuta le Colonne. The interior and surroundings are very beautiful. We had a very quality service by Marco. The food prepared by Chief is worth of the star from the Mechlin. Highly suggesting this place, if you want to experience the real Toscana taste.

Winery and bistro Very friendly welcome. We had a good meal and then a wine tasting. I can really only recommend it, the Cabernet Franc in particular is worth discovering and all of this was spontaneous.

A nice surprise to end a day of wine tasting. I swear I was about to leave after visiting other wineries, but when I checked Google I saw that Tenuta Le Colonne had a good rating and decided to check it out. I was very well attended to with explanations from the group, the explanation of the regions where they operate and the qualities of the wines. The tasting is worth it and the wines are great at an affordable price, I recommend it!
