Tenuta Montiani

We went on a wine tour with Italy & Wine Wine Tours and Tenuta Montiani was the second winery that we stopped at and it was the absolute highlight of our tour. Miscia cooked us the most incredible authentic home cooked meal and was very generous and accommodating with my dietary restrictions. We enjoyed delicious food and amazing wine together. It was truly a one of a kind experience. The Felix 2009 wine was our favourite wine that we tasted all day! Thank you Miscia for your hospitality and an unforgettable experience. We hope to be back one day!

We came on Sunday without prior reservation. Marinella and her husband had just finished work and yet we were able to taste two “Felix” in the beautiful wine cellar. It is a rarity in Italian wineries to be able to taste so easily. We couldn't even buy any because we were on foot. Thank you very much

It's not very often that we have a chance in life to have a true one-of-a-kind experience, but I can confidently say that our visit to Tenuta Montiani was the highlight of our trip to Italy! Miscia was an exceptional host and his love of wine, food and people is something truly remarkable! It was an honor and a privilege to spend time with him in his wine cellar and appreciate the artist in his studio. We can't come back to Florence and visit soon enough! Thank you for an amazing experience my friend!

We had a unique and amazing time with Micha! Homemade orangechello and the best wines to drink! It’s not your typical wine tasting! As Micha says, wine is to drink and enjoy with friend and family! He really gave us a sneak peak in the real authentic way of enjoying life! His life! Thank you so much and hope to see you again some day ❤️🇮🇹

Misha is the best. A small winery with an interesting story. For me it was the discovery of PURE Chianti. Something to think about. Well, his truffle hunter friend is a nice addition. Everything is very tasty and moving!!!

Today we had a wonderful experience. Thanks to the hosts who make you feel at home. A unique tenuta, run by lovely people. We enjoyed it very much, without looking at the clock, just chatting and tasting wonderful wines. The walk through the vineyards was amazing, without more words. Thank you Marianela and Miscia. I have never been on such an amazing vineyard tour + tasting. What an unforgettable experience! Thank you Miscia for introducing us to the real tuscany wine, telling us the incredible stories behind Tenuta Montiani, Felix and Terra Greta and for answering every single question we had ;) It was a lot of fun with you and felt more like drinking very good wine and having snacks with a good friend. We celebrated a friend's birthday, essential cuisine, with typical Tuscan products for appetizer, sublime spicy chicken as a second course! Environment immersed in nature, away from the daily chaos, where you can relax, eat and drink divinely. Definitely worth a try!
