A Family Legacy of Hospitality

For over 40 years, the Failli family has been committed to exceptional hospitality through their Hotel Sovestro and the acclaimed Ristorante da Pode in Tuscany. In 2017, they expanded their legacy by acquiring a 15-hectare estate, which they lovingly restored and named Tenuta Sovestro. This estate now produces Chianti Colli Senesi, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, extra virgin olive oil, and two types of grappa. Additionally, it features a charming bed & breakfast with 16 uniquely styled rooms, perfect for travelers seeking a taste of Tuscany.

A Story Rooted in Passion and Vision

The story of Tenuta Sovestro began in 1962 when great-grandfather Gianni, affectionately known as Brinchio, purchased a small farm called “Il Podere della Curva dell'Esse.” His vision laid the foundation for the family's future, further shaped by grandfather Pode, a shoemaker with a passion for service. In 1985, the Failli family transformed the old farmhouse into a thriving restaurant, followed by the establishment of Hotel Sovestro a decade later, showcasing their dedication to hospitality.
