The Romani family, now in its third generation, has dedicated itself to preserving the rich history of Fattoria di Badia Pozzeveri. Originally built as a refuge for pilgrims on the Via Francigena, this historic site has been lovingly restored to showcase its architectural beauty. The Old Villa and Farmhouse have been transformed into an Agriturismo, welcoming visitors to experience the charm of Tuscany. The Country Resort was completed in 1999, and due to its popularity, the Tavern was renovated and opened in 2002, further enhancing the guest experience.

In the 2000s, Tenute di Badia focused on improving vineyard quality, leading to the creation of three new wine labels alongside the existing Montecarlo Bianco and Rosso DOC. Since 2005, the winery has produced Vermentino and Chardonnay in pure form, showcasing the unique terroir of the region. With the expertise of agronomists and skilled agricultural workers, the winery manages approximately 140 hectares of arable land, cultivating a variety of crops, forages, and legumes. This commitment to quality ensures that every bottle reflects the essence of Tuscany.
