Spanning 22 hectares, Tenute Ugolini cultivates traditional grape varieties such as Corvina Gentile, Corvina, and Rondinella. In addition, the estate features 7,000 square meters of olive groves, producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil. The winery employs time-honored farming techniques, ensuring that each vine receives meticulous care. The grapes from various plots contribute to distinct wines: Il Pozzetto for Valpolicella Classico, Colle San Michele for Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Monte Solane for Valpolicella Ripasso, and Valle Alta for Amarone Classico della Valpolicella.
