A Proud Heritage of Teruz

For three generations, the Teruz family has nurtured hillside vineyards, crafting a legacy rooted in passion and dedication. It all began in 1920 when great-grandfather Attilio planted the first vines on a modest plot of land. His love for the region inspired his son Primo, who in turn passed this passion down to his children and grandchildren, creating a family tradition that thrives today.

Situated between the Mediterranean and the Pre-Alps, the Conegliano Valdobbiadene region enjoys a temperate climate with ideal conditions for viticulture. The combination of ample sunshine, balanced rainfall, and consistent breezes allows our grapes to thrive. At an elevation of 500 meters, the temperature variations contribute to the development of exceptional aromas and flavors in our wines, making Teruz a true gem in the Veneto wine landscape.
