Villa Le Prata is a small artisanal winery in the heart of Montalcino, founded by Professor Massimo Losappio, who planted the first vineyard in 1987. The winery is now in its third generation.

Here, the production philosophy is oriented towards biodiversity, organic viticulture, and respect for the terroir, enhanced by the parceling out of the vineyards and the use of indigenous yeasts.

A unique, peaceful, and exclusive place. The service was magnificent; we were welcomed with a glass of their own wine. The room was full of lovely little touches that made us feel like royalty. And the staff were absolutely delightful! 10/10 service. The surrounding villages and landscapes are priceless.

I highly recommend this place if you're looking to stay in the Val d'Orcia (near Montalcino)! Beautiful location with an infinity pool and breathtaking views of their vineyards. We also tasted three of their wines, which were delicious! The staff were very friendly and professional, and the room was beautiful and very clean!

This place is absolutely magical. The staff is lovely - friendly, knowledgeable, good humored, and so invested in everyone having a phenomenal experience (if you don’t it’s your own fault). My only regret is that we didn’t spend more time there. We hope to be back someday - I’ve never been so happy curled up on a couch with a book and a bottle of wine, house kitty purring next to me. Also the breakfast is amazing! Who am I kidding, everything is amazing, just go here.

Wonderful villa in Tuscany, the view, the ambience, the atmosphere is impeccable. The welcome will make you feel just like home, the receptionist helped me with all of my questions which I think I asked alot and she answer every single one of them. It is very peaceful and very professional yet still feel like home, we definitely come back💚🤎

A beautiful villa with only 8 guest rooms and a stunning garden. The pool offers breathtaking sunsets over the Tuscan hills. The owner, her family, and the staff are warm and welcoming, and the wine tasting was more detailed than expected. And of course, the wines are superb!
