Vini Apuani, Along the Tuscan Coast
Between the white marble quarries and the ancient sea, the Vini Apuani Winery is positioned beautifully on the magnificent hills of Apuani. Throughout the year, the vineyards face south-west sea breezes and Mediterranean winds and produce aromatic and high-quality grapes. The winery also cultivates olive groves, dotted by beautiful landscapes of Costa Toscana.
Vini Apuani Based on a Strong Family History
The Vini Apuani Winery was established in the year 2000, based on a strong family history of winemaking dating back to the 1950s. The owner was born and brought up among the rows of vines, and today following maternal grandfather’s footsteps, he delivers top-class wines within the Candia Colli Apuani IGT region. He uses old winemaking traditions, clubbed with modern innovative methods to obtain particular products that express the essence of terroirs. At present, Vini Apuani Winery produces three types of white wines and three kinds of red wines based on indigenous grapes as well as top-notch sparkling wines.
Taste Delicious Tuscan Wines as well as Gorgeous Grappa Directly at the Winery
Surrounded by magnificent countryside, the vineyards are stretched over an area of five hectares on which the owner cultivates a wide range of grapes. It includes high-class Vermentino, Albarola, Trebbiano, and Vermentino Nero, along with fruity Merlot, Sangiovese, and Massaretta. The owner believes in manual harvesting of the grapes, and then only the best bunches of grapes are selected and moved to the cellar for soft processing, followed by fermentation. The winery also produces excellent soft Grappa and extra virgin olive oil under the finest appellations of the Toscana region.
