A Rich Winemaking Legacy of Over 200 Years

Founded in 1693, Webersburg Wines was originally known as Groenerivier. The estate features a Cape Dutch homestead and a historic cellar built in 1786, which are still owned by the Weber family today. Fred Weber has transformed the winery into a modern estate while honoring two centuries of winemaking tradition. The focus is on producing limited quantities of premium wines, including red, white, rosé, and sparkling varieties, all under the WO Stellenbosch and WO Western Cape labels.
