Weingut Zimmerle, nestled in the picturesque Württemberg region, is a family-owned winery that beautifully blends Swabian tradition with a touch of French influence. The Zimmerle family has been dedicated to winemaking since 1647, transitioning from a mixed agricultural farm to a focused vineyard operation. Exceptional Terroir

Situated at an elevation of 280 meters, with vineyards reaching nearly 450 meters above sea level, Weingut Zimmerle benefits from the ideal microclimate of the Rems Valley. Spanning approximately 16 hectares, the vineyards thrive in the region's rich soil and ample rainfall, allowing for a diverse range of grape varieties. The main grapes cultivated here include Trollinger, Lemberger, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Grauburgunder, Viognier, Spätburgunder, Zweigelt, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each grape is handpicked and carefully processed to create a selection of red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines.

A Rich History

Originally a wine co-operative, Weingut Zimmerle transitioned to independent winemaking in 1979 under the guidance of the owner’s father-in-law. The winery's commitment to sustainable and organic agriculture not only protects the environment but also enhances the natural fruity flavors of their wines.
