Weingut Fuerst Hohenlohe: A Legacy of Award-Winning Wines

Nestled in the picturesque village of Oehringen, Weingut Fuerst Hohenlohe is a gem in the Württemberg region of Germany. The winery benefits from fertile soils and a unique microclimate, producing exceptional wines recognized as VDP. Grosse Lage, VDP.Gutsweine, and VDP.Ortsweine.

Currently, the 27th generation of the Hohenlohe family oversees the winery's operations.
As proud members of the Association of German Prädikatsweingüter, they have embraced organic grape cultivation since 2008, following a vineyard replanting in 2007. The winery crafts a variety of exquisite red, white, and sparkling wines from their grapes.

Vineyards Spanning 17 Hectares

The vineyards at Weingut Fuerst Hohenlohe cover 17 hectares, where they cultivate renowned varieties such as Riesling, Lemberger, and Pinot Noir. The unique Keuper sandstone and Muschelkalk soil provide an ideal environment for these vines. Harvesting is done by hand, ensuring only the best grapes are selected. The winery employs stainless steel tanks with temperature control for fermentation, followed by aging in wooden barrels to enhance the wine's character.

Family-Owned Restaurant on Site

Weingut Fuerst Hohenlohe also features a charming family-owned restaurant that can accommodate up to 120 guests. The extensive menu offers numerous wine and food pairing options, making it a perfect spot for gatherings and events.
