Winery Zodi is a charming Georgian winery nestled in the picturesque Imereti wine region. Located in the village of Zodi within the Chiaturi District, this winery was established in 2019 by Nino Buskhrikidze. The heart of Winery Zodi is a 215 square meter building that serves as the wine cellar, where the magic of winemaking takes place.

The Vineyards and Wines of Winery Zodi

The vineyards of Winery Zodi span across the village of Zodi and the nearby village of Chikha in Sachkhere. Here, six distinct types of wines are crafted using the traditional Georgian qvevri winemaking method. The lineup includes Kvishkhuri, Aladasturi, Dzelshavi, Tsitska Tsolikouri, and Saperavi. Among these, Kvishkhuri stands out as a rare grape varietal, offering a unique tasting experience. Currently, Winery Zodi cultivates grapes on 1.5 hectares of land, ensuring that each bottle reflects the rich terroir of the region.
