Das 2010 von Sylvie und Dominique Collard restaurierte Clos Corbier hat sich nach und nach zu einem einladenden Ort für Gäste aus dem In- und Ausland entwickelt. Das Haus bietet vier Gästezimmer, ein Restaurant sowie Führungen und Verkostungen an. In den kürzlich wiedereröffneten Kellern finden Sie nun die Champagner der Familienmarke Collard-Milesi.

Das Weingut Domaine Méa liegt in Louvois, einem der 17 Grand-Cru-Dörfer der Champagne im Herzen der Montagne de Reims, existiert seit fast einem Jahrhundert und hat fünf Generationen von Winzern erlebt.

Heute führen Sophie Milesi, die fünfte Generation, und ihr Mann Franck das Anwesen und setzen die Familientradition mit Leidenschaft fort. Sophie ist zudem die Schwägerin von Matthias Collard.

My best friend and I said that this hotel and its employees was hands down the best part of our Paris/Champagne trip. Charlotte, Joe, and the entire staff are wonderful—you feel taken care of without it being too much. The breakfast was delicious and we really appreciated our garden room. The property is stunning! In October the vines are a gorgeous red. So excited to come back again!

The perfect excursion destination in Épernay. Fantastically delicious and pleasant, but above all such enormously deep knowledge that is freely shared during the tour. You really feel like a part of champagne after completing Step 1 of the champagne education!!! 🍾🍾🍾

Small family owned wine producer & B&B. We did not stay there. Took a tour of the "caves" with a guide who explained the wine making process. Very informative. Included a very nice lunch.

We couldn't tour the winery because it was fully booked, but we had lunch at the restaurant. Our group of eight received a warm welcome. We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the food was excellent. The setting is lovely and unique, with several small rooms. The outdoor area makes you want to return in the warmer months.

We celebrated our wedding at Clos Corbier and it was absolutely perfect! The venue, with its autumnal colors, the incredible friendliness of the staff, and the lunch—everyone loved it! We received so many compliments on our choice of reception venue, from everyone's kindness and the charm of the place to the delicious food and… the house champagne, which is divine! 🥂 A special mention for Marie, who was absolutely perfect, attentive, always smiling, and always willing to help. We will be back soon and will definitely recommend Clos Corbier!

We had an amazing experience at Le Clos Corbier with Kevin! His passion made the tour fun and educational, and the highlight was him teaching my friend Sabrina to sabrage a bottle for her birthday — unforgettable! We also had the pleasure of meeting owner Matthias Collart, which made the visit even more special. Highly recommend!
