The Taschlerhof winery cultivates exclusively four grape varieties and produces around 45,000 bottles annually: Sylvaner, Riesling, Kerner, and Gewürztraminer. These are exclusively white wines, perfectly adapted to the quartz- and silica-rich soils. They are distinguished by their spicy character, longevity, and exotic fruit bouquet, offering a refined taste experience. A true blend of nature and meticulousness, which Peter Wachtler masters entirely independently.
