Il vero vino non è chimica, ma è territorio
I am not new to the world of wine. My father had 3 hectares of vineyard inherited from my grandfather and in the 90s he delivered most of the grapes to other wineries in the Marsala area. The production of wine was limited to family consumption. My first memories in the winery date back to my 15 years, when I helped my father in the production of those few bottles. After a few years I decided to study oenology and viticulture, gaining experience in some wineries, even abroad.
At university I was taught that wine is a biochemical process. I soon realized that this was not my way of seeing wine, which is why I have always focused on producing natural wines from organic cultivation.
