Light Lunch (for tour guides)

Description:
 Guided tour of the winery with an introduction and, weather permitting, a visit to the vineyards.
This will be followed by a tasting of 5 wines accompanied by a light lunch featuring local products.

Wines for tasting:

  • Malvasia
  • Rosé de Noir or Lambrusco
  • Syrah
  • Barbera
  • Merlot

Food pairings:

  • Fresh bread
  • Parma Ham and Parmigiano Reggiano Platter
  • Homemade dessert: sbrisolona with a glass of Moscato

Vegetarian option: erbazzone with Parmesan and local cheeses.

Wonderful place with very nice owners! And the wine is very, very good! Really delicious wines and sparkling wines. The owner is very friendly, kind, and humorous. Highly recommended: try the La Costa, Malvasia, and Moscato wines. And Barbera wine remains absolutely "the best." Thank you so much!

Warm welcome and uncomplicated and easy-going wine tasting. Nice chat and super friendly people. We also bought some good bottles of wine.

We spent a wonderful evening with a wine tasting at the young winemaker Mattia's winery in May 2025. We received a very warm welcome and were then truly treated to his wines and a wonderful platter of ham and cheese. Even if you don't speak Italian, you can easily converse with Mattia in English. But the best part is that there are four parking spaces for campervans right on the property. So you can enjoy the wine without worry, because you don't have to drive afterwards. On our next trip through Emilia-Romagna, we will definitely stop by Mattia's again to enjoy his wines, because here you can taste the very essence of Italy and the very essence of Emilia-Romagna. Grazie mille, Mattia!
