With a rich family history in winemaking and an ideal climate for viticulture, Agriturismo Hibiscus has selected the finest native grape varieties to produce five distinct wines under the Protected Geographical Indication TERRE SICILIANE. The winery's cellar serves as the heart of the operation, where each wine reflects the essence of the nearby sea and the volcanic soil, kissed by the sun and wind. In addition to wine, the Hibiscus farm, located near Erice in Trapani, also cultivates Ustica lentils, recognized as a Slow Food presidium, and produces DOP Valli Trapanesi extra virgin olive oil through certified organic methods.
