A Recent Renovation of the Cellar Breathes New Life into the Winery

They also recently renovated their cellar and introduced new production techniques aimed at exalting every variety of vines. The expansion project of the winery includes a different commercial structure to collaborate with both new and old business partners. Angelini Paolo grows a wide range of vines in their lush vineyards including Grignolino, Barbera, Viognier. According to the owner of Società Agricola Paolo Angelini, curiosity led the team to experiment with the grape varieties of Cortese, Chardonnay, Syrah, Moscato, Bonarda. Their aim is to produce rich-quality red, white, sparkling, and dessert wines.
