The Piero Busso winery has its roots in the Albesani Vineyard, established in 1948 by Guido Busso. Over the years, the estate has flourished, now boasting three picturesque vineyards in and around Neive, nestled in the stunning Piedmont region. Despite its long history, the winery's philosophy remains steadfast: to honor the land, the vine, and the fruit, ensuring that each element is respected without compromise.

Long before organic practices gained popularity, the winery had already adopted a philosophy of sustainability, avoiding herbicides and chemicals. Barbaresco at Its Finest

Barbaresco wines are the crown jewels of Piero Busso winery. The unique Langhe climate and soil conditions are ideal for cultivating high-quality Nebbiolo grapes, which yield exquisite Barbaresco wines. A special homage to the founder, Guido Busso, is the Barbaresco Albesani Viti Vecchie, introduced in 2010. This exceptional wine is crafted exclusively from grapes sourced from vines planted in the 1950s, showcasing the winery's dedication to tradition and quality.
