Una storia di cantina

L'Azienda Agricola Cà di Cairè è stata fondata nel 2000 da Emanuele Rolfo e sua moglie Cesira. Segue i passi precedenti di suo padre e suo nonno. che già coltivavano l'uva e la vendevano ai vicini.

L'azienda vinicola si trova nel piccolo comune di Montà d'Alba, nella zona del Roero, nella parte nord-occidentale dell'Italia.

Le nostre giornate seguono i ritmi della natura e della cantina: i nostri vini sono l'espressione liquida del nostro amore per il nostro territorio.

Vigneti e vini

I nostri vigneti sono coltivati con uve Nebbiolo, Barbera e Arneis, su 6 ettari di terreno nel comune di Montà. Tutti i vigneti godono di un'escursione climatica favorevole per ottenere vini profumati.

Per ogni tipologia di uva, produciamo una versione giovane, una senza solfiti aggiunti e una invecchiata.

Barbera made by those who know how to make wines, a lively wine, without adding SO2 with modern techniques, with a better taste than what we did 60 years ago, I will also taste the others, those looking for clear, brilliant wines, which taste like "cheese and pepper, leather or cologne", with 150% SO2, better leave it aside, on the price, more generally, I can also agree, ready to drink they should cost less, but there is a lot of commitment and work, every day I can't afford them, but the quality is unquestionable.
