Rooted in Tradition and Biodiversity

The story of Demarie Winery began with Bartolomeo, a visionary who recognized the potential of his land. His passion for winemaking was inherited by his son Giovanni, who further developed the winery despite facing challenges. Today, Aldo and Paolo, the third generation, continue this legacy with a focus on traditional production methods and a strong commitment to biodiversity.

Commitment to Environmental Stewardship

Our estate spans 30 hectares in the stunning Langhe and Roero regions, where we produce exceptional wines like Barolo, Barbaresco, Roero Arneis, and Roero. We prioritize sustainable practices, adhering to integrated pest management to protect our ecosystem. Each step, from pruning to harvesting, is carefully executed to ensure the highest quality grapes, reflecting the unique terroir of our land.

Balancing Tradition with Modern Techniques

At Demarie Winery, we respect the time-honored winemaking traditions while incorporating modern techniques to cater to contemporary wine lovers. Our winemakers skillfully blend classic methods with innovative practices, resulting in wines that are both high-quality and full of character. This balance allows us to create wines that resonate with the palate and enhance the overall tasting experience.

I had already tasted their wines and wanted to treat myself to a trip to this cellar with a tasting of the reserves. The staff is extremely well prepared and ready to satisfy even the smallest curiosity: from production to control, from explanation of the production specifications to tasting. Excellent experience.

Simply blown away, Grazie Mille! We met you at the alba truffle fair & spontaneously were able to get a full tour of the cellars and got a full tasting on a Sunday at 10:30 in the morning. Incredible experience and such excellent service & hosts. We left with a few of the outstanding wines & with a big smile on our faces Hope to see you soon & thank you so very much

Recently renovated building, brand new, spacious and comfortable rooms. Average sweet and savory breakfast. The tour of the cellars was pleasant and interesting, followed by a tasting/dinner of 4 wines, which we really appreciated!! There is the possibility to buy wines from their own production and other local products. The view from the tasting/breakfast room on the hill is really beautiful. Very helpful and patient staff, they accepted all the requests of a group of 11 adults and 5 children, not easy and not obvious: really very friendly and hospitable. Thank you and congratulations!!

The Arneis experience was given to us and it was a wonderful discovery, between the cellars, the curiosities, the technical details (also explained for those who know nothing about the subject) and the tasting was a very pleasant afternoon. A wine production to taste and discover.
