Nestled in the charming hills of Rovereto, Azienda Agricola I Moncalvi has been a cornerstone of viticulture for generations. Although the "I MONCALVI" brand was established in 1998, our family's passion for winemaking spans many years, rooted deeply in tradition.

Our vineyards, with ages ranging from newly planted to 60 years, flourish in a variety of soils and benefit from a microclimate that is ideal for grape cultivation. We practice sustainable viticulture, employing gentle pruning techniques to maintain low yields and enhance grape quality. This careful approach is evident at every stage of vine growth.

Central to our philosophy are two key principles: a profound respect for nature and a commitment to reducing environmental impact. The harvest season is a highlight of our year, and in the cellar, we adhere to high-quality standards. We utilize delicate pressing methods, limit sulphite use, and maintain precise fermentation temperatures.
