Excellent wines, discovered almost by chance during a dinner at a restaurant with friends, but the choice has never been more appropriate! We will definitely go to the winery to buy them! Four rows... a guarantee!

The Quattrofilari is definitely a reference for Nizza. The other wines too, all of excellent workmanship. A guarantee. The welcome in the cellar is of the same, high, level. Excellent.

Excellence of the territory, its jewels are found in the urn of the convent where the company is based. The quality is remarkable, I was able to appreciate the Monparone, the Moscato Miray just to mention what caught my attention in addition to the preparation and courtesy of the owner. Congratulations to all the staff.

Chiara told us lots of interesting things about the family and the vineyards in the beautiful garden of the historic building, where nuns once made wine for liturgy. We listened to her with great interest - a family business with a lot of passion for wine produces excellent quality. We tasted excellent Chardonnay, Barbera and DOCG Riserva "Nizza". Everyone was very friendly to us, we really enjoyed it and we will be back next year to choose more wines.

This place is simply wonderful! A wine is produced within old monastery walls that has been a consistently great product for years! A friendly, family atmosphere and professional production. Grazie, Beppe e famiglia!

In Canela somebody mentioned a vineyard producing sweet wine in Santo Stefano. After asking many persons, we arrived in-front of the cementery, at a door with a long wall and no indication. In a shy way, we rang the doorbell ... and to our great surprise, the gate moved, leaving in sight a beautiful construction, an old convent, remodeled to house facilities for wine processing. The place has a lot of character, with a beautiful and flowery park. We were very kindly received by Chiara, who made us discover the beauty of the place with a lot of empathy. We toured the facilities, we tasted the vats, the musts in their different stages of elaboration. We discovered the guard of the fresh musts, with which mass wine is produced, with 6 degrees of alcohol and other slightly sparkling and red wines, all exquisite. We greet Maurizio, one of the owners of this family business for generations, who was very busy processing some of the 600,000 bottles. We tasted the excellent broths in the flowery garden of the convent and bought some bottles of wine. We learned a lot from the processes, discovered new techniques and appreciated Chiara’s fruitful wine and sympathy with her excellent answers to our endless questions. An unexpected and very pleasant surprise... one of our best visits in Piedmont.

Much recommended wine tasting! Chiara gave us a tour of the historic grounds, as the winery is located in a former monastery. After she explained the process of winemaking at Beppe Marino thoroughly, then we proceeded to have an amazing wine tasting in the garden, where we drank a wide selection of fine wines: from beautiful dark red wines to sweet delicate moscato. Thanks again so much!

We were looking for a winery and we came across this ancient monastery that today selects and produces the best wines in the area. The welcome, although our visit was improvised, was impeccable and genuine. When Beppe himself speaks, he conveys all the passion he puts into what he does and Chiara, with her smile and sweetness, was able to tell us about it and involve us in a unique tasting. I highly recommend trying their Nizza Riserva, the jewel in the crown of this fantastic company.

Fascinating and authentic tour of the production line and history of the Winery. Tasting was in a garden peacefully separated from the outer world, and they are incredibly generous people!

There used to be a convent here where the nuns made wine for mass. We stopped by today after hours, they welcomed us with enthusiasm and told us about the winery despite the pressing work with the carts of grapes arriving from the vineyards. A magical place, wonderful people and wine to taste. A highly recommended visit!!!

It was so great to be in the winery of Maurizio! He and his employee Chiara were so friendly, spend a lot of time with us and showed us everything. We were in the cellar and could even taste delicious wine directly out of the tank. An amazing tour and experience in this special place, which was a monastery in former times! We tasted very delicious Moscato and Spumante. So... Go there and enjoy this special experience and atmosphere!

Hospitality is very important here and the tasting in the garden was a pleasure in many ways! The wine is excellent and has a great price-performance ratio!
