Bodegas Bigardo is a charming winery born from a deep passion for winemaking. The owner’s adventures around the globe have always led back to the creation of exquisite wines. Over the years, the winery has developed a collection of remarkable wines that reflect both time and dedication.

High-Quality Grapes from a Prime Vineyard

Located in Toro, Bodegas Bigardo boasts a 20-hectare family-owned vineyard known for producing some of the finest grapes in the region. Each season, the team meticulously tends to the vines, ensuring that only the best fruit is selected from each plot. The grapes chosen for winemaking are those that exhibit exceptional qualities such as balanced acidity, vibrant fruit flavors, and refined tannins. Any grapes that do not meet these standards are sold to other local wineries.

Crafting Exceptional Wines

Bigardo wines are crafted with care and integrity. Utilizing straightforward technology, including a mejedor and various types of fermentation tanks, the winery produces wines that are both approachable and sophisticated. The grapes sourced from Valdefinjas and Llanos, within the DO Toro, contribute to a harmonious balance of refreshing acidity and well-integrated alcohol. Each sip reveals a delightful texture and a burst of fruit flavors, making Bigardo wines a pleasure to enjoy.

Great experience with Kiko! He took the time to show us around the winery and then gave us a taste of all the wines produced there. You can see that the passion, the total dedication to the project and of course the love for wine, for his land and for being a great person are the ingredients that make Bigardo follow his very special path.

Highly recommended. We called to reserve the day before and despite the short notice they made room for us. Visit to the winery and tasting in the store, we have not left any to try. We liked them a lot, you can see the care and millimeter details with which they are made. Good luck with all your projects.

The visit made by Noelia was spectacular. It is a great blessing in this country to have entrepreneurs like them. It is not possible to come to Toro without stopping by Bodegas Bigardo. A luxury. Congratulations guys.

It was one of my birthday gifts, we did the tasting in the store and it was very enjoyable, Noelia told us everything about their wines and her brother was a true connoisseur of the product they are making. The place is a renovated block, which has been perfect for tasting good wines, good cheeses and the best chorizo. Friends, you made us have an unforgettable time. Cheer up to continue working those vineyards and move forward with new projects.
