The vineyards, located in La Aguilera, Quintana del Pidio, and Moradillo de Roa, span approximately 110 hectares at an altitude of 950 meters. The unique chalky-clay, sandy, and stony soils contribute to the exceptional quality of the wines.
The modern cellar, built in 2008, features cutting-edge architecture designed to create optimal conditions for crafting high-quality wines.

We went there with a large group and we really enjoyed it. The lady in charge of the visit, Noemi, explained everything to us excellently and in a very pleasant way. In addition, we got to taste most of the wines in the winery and the final snack is quite plentiful. I would do it again without hesitation.

A winery that is worth seeing, it is beautiful, the wines are delicious. A super interesting, intense and very welcoming guided tour. 100% recommended. We did the #Cairenlatentacion tasting with Noemi. Noemi made the visit and tasting an extraordinary experience. She radiates a lot of good energy which is present along all the visit. She gave proffessional explanations combined with entertaining little stories about Spanish local culture. It is very interesting to taste the influence of the different barriques in the wine. The tasting of the final products was done in a beautiful cosy room (a living room mountain hut style) paired with very tasteful tapas and personalized individual mantle cloths. Wines were very good and the tasting through all the nuances of each of them is definitely worthy.

A fantastic visit. From the very beginning, you walk into the barrel room with a glass in your hand, where you taste two wines from the barrel and are given a bite to eat at the end, much more than usual. The staff are super attentive. This winery will surely go from strength to strength; it still has a long way to go. Delighted. Rarely do you leave a place feeling so good.
