Great experience with Gema. We felt very comfortable and the tour through the winery was very entertaining and interesting. We are very happy to have chosen Cair :)

We went there with a large group and we really enjoyed it. The lady in charge of the visit, Noemi, explained everything to us excellently and in a very pleasant way. In addition, we got to taste most of the wines in the winery and the final snack is quite plentiful. I would do it again without hesitation.

A winery that is worth seeing, it is beautiful, the wines are delicious. A super interesting, intense and very welcoming guided tour. 100% recommended. All this thanks to Gema for showing us this piece of the world of wine 🍷 . We did the #Cairenlatentacion tasting with Noemi. Noemi made the visit and tasting an extraordinary experience. She radiates a lot of good energy which is present along all the visit. She gave proffessional explanations combined with entertaining little stories about Spanish local culture. It is very interesting to taste the influence of the different barriques in the wine. The tasting of the final products was done in a beautiful cosy room (a living room mountain hut style) paired with very tasteful tapas and personalized individual mantle cloths. Wines were very good and the tasting through all the nuances of each of them is definitely worthy.

A fantastic visit. From the very beginning, you walk into the barrel room with a glass in your hand, where you taste two wines from the barrel and are given a bite to eat at the end, much more than usual. The staff are super attentive. This winery will surely go from strength to strength; it still has a long way to go. Delighted. Rarely do you leave a place feeling so good.

Impressive winery. The wines are a real spectacle but the best thing is the treatment of the whole team, especially Noe who made us feel at home and explained everything about cinema to us!!

If I could leave a 6 stars I would, all thanks to Noemi, she was full of knowledge, funny, accomodating. She even did a full translation of everything for my fiance in english and she was wonderful answering questions. The facilities are gorgeous and the tour was spectacular, amazing from Dominio de Cair, you guys truly have a gem of a person in Naomi!

We visited this winery that we did not know, although due to its relatively recent history it comes from a family with a long history. They told us about the production process and the standards of grape selection, our guide gave very interesting information. It should be noted that the visit begins with a glass of wine in hand and you can taste two types of wine directly from the barrel. The appetizers were very good.

What a wonderful experience in this unique bodega! We had a great tour with Noemi. She was extremely knowleable and enthusiastic about the work this wine cellar is doing. Her English was excellent. For 25€ each we tasted 6 wines (2 of which came directly from the barrel) and had a very complete set of tapas. They adapted the tasting menu with no meat options for my wife. Very highly recommended. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work!

Outstanding wine and Noemi was a great guide to show us around their winery. She explained the entire process from stem to bottle. We wish there was a distributor to the US.
