Since 1831, Bosca has been dedicated to producing exceptional wines and sparkling wines in the heart of Piedmont.

A Legacy of Sparkling Excellence

For nearly 200 years, Bosca has been a beacon of quality in the world of sparkling, red, and white wines. This family-owned winery has passed down its passion for winemaking through six generations, celebrating life's moments with their exquisite creations. The year 1831 marked the beginning of Bosca's journey, as the family meticulously explored their land to craft wines that reflect the unique terroir of Piedmont.

The Heart of Bosca

At Bosca, a blend of skill, boldness, and enthusiasm drives their winemaking philosophy. The winery is rich with stories and traditions that have shaped its identity over the years. However, Bosca is not one to rest on its laurels; it continually seeks to innovate and adapt. With 100 hectares of vineyards spanning Asti, Cuneo, and Alessandria, Bosca cultivates renowned grape varieties such as Moscato, Chardonnay, and Nebbiolo, ensuring that each bottle showcases the best of Piedmont's offerings.

A UNESCO World Heritage Site

Great sensory experience as you listen to the guide and walk through the wine-filled caves built below street level in Canelli! Movies on the wall, movies on the ceiling and many surprising facts and stories will be shared. Don't miss it! Especially not the wine tasting! The rose sparkling wine is second to none and they even have alcohol-free options for the kids!

Taking advantage of a rainy day we visited these UNESCO heritage cathedrals. The tour was interesting and enjoyable and the girl who accompanied us was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would have expected more from the tasting where I did not appreciate the non-alcoholic wine and the fruity wine but beyond that, I would have liked to do the tasting in a different and less rushed context, almost more oriented to completing a purchase than completing a tour.

Visit booked well in advance. The dimensions of the cathedrals (UNESCO World Heritage) are remarkable, the rooms are very evocative and the scenery of the films presented on the history of the Bosca family from 1831 onwards is original. The products tasted were of excellent quality and refinement. Marco's professional presentation and his enthusiasm during the visit are admirable! A visit absolutely recommended.

A charming place that has remained so for over 100 years! Congratulations to the Bosca family for having preserved this place and for having continued to produce excellent wines following the tradition as taught to us by their ancestors and "adding" essential innovation in our time.

We were able to visit this Underground Wonder, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, thanks to a gift box, it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to Pier our guide, who explained to us clearly and exhaustively the process of birthing using the classic method. And finally an excellent tasting with Giulia. Congratulations to all the Staff and thank you for letting us spend a few hours in the world of this beautiful reality that is the Bosca family.

Very interesting and fun visit. The guide was friendly and explained exactly all the steps in the production of traditional sparkling wine. Excellent tasting with both traditional products and those made using the Charmat method (with added carbonation) and intended for foreign markets. The millegiorni is excellent with a minimum of 3 years of aging.
