A Beautiful Beginning

Cantina Giuliano was established in 2014 by Lara and Eli Gauthier, a dynamic Franco-Italian couple. What began as a small winemaking venture in a family garage has blossomed into a thriving winery. We focus on local grape varieties while also incorporating international grapes, producing a diverse range of reds, whites, and rosés.

Our Vineyards

Our winery proudly holds Kosher certification. We source our grapes from two key regions: the iconic Chianti heartland and the picturesque Maremma coastal area in southern Tuscany. Here, we cultivate a variety of international grapes, including the popular Vermentino.

Dining Experience

At Cantina Giuliano, we also feature our own restaurant, where we celebrate local produce and emphasize quality. Our menu highlights innovative takes on traditional Tuscan flavors, making it a perfect complement to our wines.

Food was okay. Major plus for opening a kosher restaurant in this beautiful area. It’s a small menu so if you’re with a group it’s best to order one of each; what we did. Salmon carpaccio was decent, caprese salad was good and the risotto was great. Waitresses were super friendly and efficient

Deliciously tasty dishes, prepared with local products, sometimes even from the garden. Pleasant service also to top it all off. I would return to this region, just to repeat the experience

I ordered a Shabbat to take away. Everything was impeccable: - ready on time - Vacuum-packed - Very generous and above all very good Note that the wines of the estate are also very good. Perfect for a Shabbat to take away in Tuscany.
