A Cooperative Legacy

Founded in 1920 by 49 local farmers, Cantina Sociale Formigine has a rich history. The first president, Eugenio Guastalla, led the winery until 1938. Today, approximately 380 partners collaborate using modern techniques and a shared passion for winemaking. In 2006, the winery merged with Cantina Pedemontana of Sassuolo, forming the Cantina Sociale Formigine Pedemontana we know today.
