Fattoria Paradiso, Perfect Holiday Setting at the Edge of Your Fingertips
On the footsteps of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines, next to the Adriatic Sea, is the Fattoria Paradiso Winery. Every year, the winery delivers 155,000 bottles of wines. Fattoria Paradiso has two guesthouses with well-furnished rooms and apartments, a sun-kissed terrace, and two swimming pools, situated beside the lush vineyards and olive groves. With rigorous efforts and dedication, Fattoria Paradiso, now in the fourth generation of the Pezzi Family, are handling all of the operations. They produce a wide range of top-class wines, including red, white, and rosé wines, along with delicious dessert and sparkling wines.
Experience Excellent Wines from 70 Year Old Vines
Since 1853, Fattoria Paradiso owns ten vineyards, some are ancient, that are stretched over an area of 50 hectares. Out of which 25 years old vines grow on 35 hectares, and the remaining 15 hectares of vineyards consist of 70+ years old grapes. Primarily, the Pezzi family cultivates Sangiovese in addition to Barbarossa – the company’s flagship. The company also started growing two long lost grape types – Pagadebit and the Cagnina in 1960, which later obtained the DOC Vigna Delle Lepri. The owner also focuses on the cultivation of two white grape varieties – Albana and Chardonnay.
State-of-the-Art Technology for the Production of High-Quality Wines
Fattoria Paradiso’s cellar has undergone many changes that are creative in technology, but traditional in concept. With excellent French and American barriques, steel and cement tanks and large Slavonian oak barrels, the owner has replaced all old barrels. Graziella has also introduced controlled environmental techniques for ripening and aging phase. An analysis laboratory has been established to keep a check on the quality of wines produced and various other stages of production.
