Nestled at the foothills of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines and close to the Adriatic Sea, Fattoria Paradiso Winery is a hidden gem. Each year, this family-owned winery produces an impressive 155,000 bottles of wine. Guests can enjoy two charming guesthouses featuring well-appointed rooms and apartments, a sun-drenched terrace, and two inviting swimming pools, all surrounded by lush vineyards and olive groves. Exceptional Wines from Historic Vines

Since its establishment in 1853, Fattoria Paradiso has cultivated ten vineyards across 50 hectares. Among these, 35 hectares are home to 25-year-old vines, while the remaining 15 hectares boast grapes over 70 years old. The Pezzi family primarily grows Sangiovese and Barbarossa, their flagship variety. In 1960, they revived two nearly forgotten grape types, Pagadebit and Cagnina, which later earned the DOC Vigna Delle Lepri designation. Additionally, they cultivate two white grape varieties: Albana and Chardonnay, contributing to a diverse wine portfolio.

Innovative Techniques for Quality Wine Production

The cellar at Fattoria Paradiso combines modern technology with traditional winemaking principles. The winery features high-quality French and American barriques, steel and cement tanks, and large Slavonian oak barrels, all replacing older equipment. Graziella, the owner, has implemented controlled environmental techniques for the ripening and aging processes. A dedicated analysis laboratory ensures the quality of the wines at every stage of production, reflecting the winery's commitment to excellence.
