BAVA offers excellent products, taylored to the contemporary life style. I had the chance to taste most of their wines especially the Alta Langas and the Barberas, which I found squisite and sophisticated with a velvet touch and easy drinkable. The welcome is exquisite, and Mrs. Alessandra is very knowledgeable and inclined to please the most demanding customers. I recommend this winery, rich of history and excellent products. Samuele.

We had the pleasure of visiting this interesting winery in Cocconato, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in Monferrato, this winery offers not just excellent wines, but a true immersion into the beauty, culture, and history of the region. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate, eager to share stories about the winemaking process and the history of their vineyard. The tasting experience was exceptional and very generous, featuring a variety of wines that beautifully reflect the terroir of the area. Each glass offered something unique, from the refreshing whites to the rich, full-bodied reds. It’s clear that great care and craftsmanship go into every bottle. The setting itself is stunning, with a perfect stylish spot to enjoy not only a glass of wine but also vermouth and more... If you're looking for a peaceful day in the countryside, this winery is a must-visit. I can't wait to come back.

Today my partner and I were there for a visit and tasting scheduled a few hours before. Despite the short notice, we were welcomed with kindness and availability by the sommelier. Very knowledgeable and professional, he led us on a complete tour of the cellars, explaining all the details. The visit then ended with a tasting of the cellar's products. Excellent Alta Langa and enviable red wines. A pleasant discovery were also the cocktails prepared by the sommelier with Americano and Vermouth. An experience absolutely worth trying.

Outstanding wines of great quality!! Although my name is Bava, I do not have any ownership of this fine winery. But I have visited and toured, and met with Roberto and his daughter, and they are without a doubt, super wonderful and caring people. If you've not had the opportunity to visit this quaint region, do so, and by all means, arrange to have a tour and tasting at the BAVA winery!! You will truly be pleased!!
