This method regenerates the soil naturally, ensuring the grapes produced are of exceptional quality. While yields may be lower due to the exclusion of pesticides, the resulting wines are rich in character and authenticity. The winery offers a delightful range of organic wines, including Tocco di Baal, Bianco di Baal, Fiano di Baal, Rosso di Baal, Aglianico di Baal, Donnanna, La Mossa, and Oro di Baal. Each wine beautifully complements the local Italian cuisine, reflecting the unique terroir of the region.

Write a reviewWe visited the house of Hannibal (Baal) and his family and were pleasantly impressed by the welcome of his daughter Nadia! At the beginning of the tour, Nadia told us in detail the history of the company, the vineyards and olive trees on the estate, accompanied by an excellent glass of “Mossa” from Baal. We continued the visit in the wine cellar where we were explained the methods of winemaking and the philosophy and thoughts behind each wine. We then continued with the tasting of the wines, the extra virgin olive oil they produce and other local culinary specialties in the vineyard (of roses). At the end of the tasting, we couldn't resist purchasing five of their wines, an absolute must in the wine cellar for special occasions!

Very nice family business. They are self-catering and use only organic products. We had a wine tasting with extensive food, which was very tasty. My vegetarian diet was no problem at all, in short "recommendable"

We had a wonderful visit to this super family-oriented small winery, complete with beautiful olive trees. The tour was very informative, and the tasting, accompanied by ham, salami, and cheese, was simply fantastic. What a unique experience on our way to Naples. I highly recommend stopping by!

The visit to the Casa di Baal winery was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were met with kindness and hospitality. The surroundings of the estate were breathtakingly beautiful. We were particularly impressed by their focus on sustainability and organic principles. The activities were both fun and educational.
