A Legacy of Passion for Wine

Casa Di Baalvia Tiziano is a family-owned winery nestled in the picturesque region of Campania, Italy. Established by a lineage of dedicated farmers, this estate produces around 25,000 bottles of wine each year, showcasing the unique characteristics of its natural surroundings. The winery's story is rooted in a profound love for winemaking, passed down through generations, and a deep respect for the land that nurtures their vines.

Commitment to Organic Winemaking

At Casa Di Baalvia Tiziano, the focus is on organic and biodynamic farming practices, with biological certification achieved in 2010. The vineyard team applies homeopathic biological preparations twice a year, carefully timed with lunar and solar phases. This method regenerates the soil naturally, ensuring the grapes produced are of exceptional quality. While yields may be lower due to the exclusion of pesticides, the resulting wines are rich in character and authenticity. The winery offers a delightful range of organic wines, including Tocco di Baal, Bianco di Baal, Fiano di Baal, Rosso di Baal, Aglianico di Baal, Donnanna, La Mossa, and Oro di Baal. Each wine beautifully complements the local Italian cuisine, reflecting the unique terroir of the region.

Availability, courtesy, professionalism and much more distinguish this company. Walking through the olive grove and vineyard while tasting one of their excellent wines and listening to the history of their company was truly beautiful. Furthermore, the dishes paired with their wines and oil were exquisite. Congratulations again, I highly recommend.

Very nice family business. They are self-catering and use only organic products. We had a wine tasting with extensive food, which was very tasty. My vegetarian diet was no problem at all, in short "recommendable"

We visited the house of Hannibal (Baal) and his family and were pleasantly impressed by the welcome of his daughter Nadia! At the beginning of the tour, Nadia told us in detail the history of the company, the vineyards and olive trees on the estate, accompanied by an excellent glass of “Mossa” from Baal. We continued the visit in the wine cellar where we were explained the methods of winemaking and the philosophy and thoughts behind each wine. We then continued with the tasting of the wines, the extra virgin olive oil they produce and other local culinary specialties in the vineyard (of roses). At the end of the tasting, we couldn't resist purchasing five of their wines, an absolute must in the wine cellar for special occasions!

We had a wonderful visit to this super family-oriented small winery, complete with beautiful olive trees. The tour was very informative, and the tasting, accompanied by ham, salami, and cheese, was simply fantastic. What a unique experience on our way to Naples. I highly recommend stopping by!
