Since 2001, Casa Wallace has proudly practiced biodynamic farming, positioning ourselves as pioneers in Italy. Our approach to winemaking is deeply rooted in the rhythms of nature. We pay close attention to the influences of the sun, moon, stars, and planets, understanding how these celestial bodies affect our vines and the quality of our wines.
Our guiding principle is simple yet profound: To Love, To Do...and then maybe in the future we will Understand. This philosophy shapes our wines, which are crafted with passion and respect for the environment.
In 2025 Casa Wallace completely renovated itself and became Hemanaire . Same beliefs, same people, better quality .

Beautiful structure kind and welcoming the summer center is something that you have to try once in a lifetime, it is really nice to meet new boys and girls at the summer center, new and spend days and nights together. Rodica a huge compliment for the cuisine! ♥️

I returned to this facility after about 10 years and I was truly amazed.. it really deserves 5 stars if not more! An oasis of peace and pampering ideal for both couples and families with children.. everything taken care of in detail to allow the customer to feel at home, but at the same time supported for every little need.. excellent location to visit the beauties of the area, recommended Acqui Terme, the large yellow bench in Strevi, or for the more sporty ones a thousand routes on foot or by mountain bike.. not to mention the tasting of the wine produced by the same Casa Walllace.. a round of applause to Claudio and his splendid staff (the breakfasts prepared by Rodica with super organic and natural ingredients are super!!) Well done guys, keep it up!!!

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast nestled in the hills among the vineyards, perfect welcome from all the staff (especially Rodica 😍), family spirit, exquisite breakfast with organic products, both savoury and sweet, truly beyond all expectations. We will definitely return also to greet all the animals on the estate (kittens, horses and the adorable Rodos). We also had a tasting of the excellent organic dessert produced by Claudio. We felt very comfortable and welcome from the first moment. The surroundings and the view are gorgeous. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with homemade yoghurt, cake and much more in the beautiful courtyard. The pool invites you to linger and Claudio and his team give great tips for excursions! Don't miss the pizza evening ;) - a wonderful experience - we will be back!!!
