The Champagne Charles Mignon winery is the inspiration of the creative couple, Bruno and Laurence Mignon. For instance, their passion for entrepreneurship and love of wine helped the creation of this magnificent winery in Epernay.

Charles Mignon Champagne vineyards are located in the Grand Cru village of Chouilly. Thus, you will find all the characteristics of an ancestral vineyard in the Cuvées of the House. The winery cultivates Pinot Meunier in the territory of Mesnil le Huttier and Festigny. They cultivate Pinot Noir in their plots in Grand Cru and other famous villages. Chardonnay grapes come from Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs and other quality terroirs. The Maison Charles Mignon winery uniquely produces incredible Champagnes in its thermoregulated stainless steel vat house. The phenomenal terroir and classic grape varieties help create exceptional Champagne.
