Champagne MARC, A Winery with Rich French Heritage
The House of Marc Terroir
The House of Marc benefits from a one-of-a-kind terroir that produces exceptional wine year after year. Over more than 30 years of steady growth, the vines have buried their roots deep in the clay and chalk-rich soil. With a generous dose of sunlight bathing the slopes, the result is fruit brimming with natural sweetness and fragrance. The three Champagne grape varieties grown here are Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, allowing the House of Marc to create champagnes that are as rich as they are diverse.Limited Quantity, Excellent Quality
The House of Marc pays special attention to its grapes by following strict procedures such as using a traditional style press for better control over pressing, no malolactic fermentation, a minimum of three years of ageing, and only producing certain wines every other year to ensure the highest quality of juice. For the same reason, the House of Marc only utilizes the first juice from the press, less quantity, but higher quality.Respect for Heritage and Nature
To make good champagne, you need good grapes, and the House of Marc employs sustainable working practices that protect the land, which in return provides them grapes of exceptional quality. The House of Marc has maintained its predecessors' traditional expertise while also utilizing emerging technologies to ensure the highest quality in its wines. Their biggest accomplishment has always been their reverence for heritage, which has resulted in demand for Champagne MARC all around the world and garnering of several awards.Experiences to book at Champagne Marc

We ended up in this champagne house by mistake, but were warmly welcomed by the owner. After a long visit, we had a tasting. Very tasty and extensive range with one of the best rosé champagnes I have tasted to date. the ratafia was also very tasty, but unfortunately a bit overpriced. we will come back this year.
